SUMMARY:Night prayer on Tuesday
DESCRIPTION:We meet in the church for a short service (15-20 mins) of praye
rs and psalms\, with a time of quiet and stillness from about 7.45pm. The
service itself starts at 8pm.\n\nNight prayer is the final service of the
day in the Christian monastic tradition\, and dates back to the 6th centur
 y. It is also known as Compline\, from the Latin word completorium\, for
the ‘completion’ of the day.\n\nFind out more here
