If you would like your child to be brought up as Christian in the Church of England, then baptism is the first step. Baptising your child is an incredibly important occasion, and it’s the beginning of an amazing journey with God. It’s also a wonderful opportunity for parents, godparents, families and friends to get together and give thanks for the arrival of a child.
All our baptisms take place around the font as part of our Sunday morning worship, and we love being part of such a special day for you, your child, and your family.
We also welcome adults who have made the decision to follow Jesus, and would like to be baptised as an important step on their Christian journey of faith. We normally conduct adult baptisms by total immersion.
